WP4: Structural elucidation

In this Work Package structural characterization of the compounds will be performed by solution or solid state NMR Spectroscopy, X-ray Crystal and Powder diffraction.

Major Objectives:

  • Preparation of samples for biophysical characterization & NMR studies.
  • Biophysical and NMR-driven analysis of structure and dynamics of peptide/protein-like SAs.
  • Analyse the emulsifying properties of the isolated SAs for end-user applications.
  • To study the conformational and physicochemical properties of the SAs in solution, in solid state and a cell system.
